KickStarter Refunds & Replacements Policy

Refunds – Sorry, but Painless Prototyping is not currently setup to handle refunds. Please read below about replacements.

Replacements – Email a description and if needed, a photograph of your product, to customer support. See below for details of the last date to begin the replacement process. (All dates follow the United States calendar)

  • Rewards shipped prior to 12/5/2016 inside the United States will have until 1/5/2017.
  • Rewards shipped prior to 12/5/2016 outside the United States will have until 1/19/2017.
  • Rewards shipped after 12/5/2016 inside the United States will have until 35 days after the ship date.
  • Rewards shipped after 12/5/2016 outside the United States will have until 50 days after the ship date.
